Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, (Windows 10 & Windows 11)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of Zoom & Teams operation
• In-depth technical knowledge of PC hardware
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN
• Willingness to learn and improve on problem-solving skills.
