Job Description

• We are hiring a versatile and innovative IT Officer to maintain, strengthen, and secure our technology infrastructure while also supporting the organization’s digital media, design, and web presence.
• This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who blends strong IT expertise with creative digital skills.

Responsibilities
Technical & Systems Support:

• Provide timely technical support to staff—troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, user accounts, and access controls.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols, data protection standards, and system updates are consistently implemented.
• Oversee network configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Recommend, implement, and document technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Digital Media, Web & Design Support:

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital and print use (e.g., social media content, presentations, reports).
• Edit and produce video content for internal and external communication.
• Manage and update the organization’s website; support web development tasks, UX improvements, and performance optimization.
• Oversee digital media channels, ensuring consistent content quality, branding, and technical functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to support multimedia needs for campaigns, events, and organizational communications.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communication Technology, or other related courses.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, web development, or web content management.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of network systems, security frameworks, and current technology trends.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalents).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and web optimization.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and collaborate across teams.

Working conditions:

• We aim to have the successful candidate start immediately.
