Job Position: IT Support Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are currently recruiting a Service IT Support Engineer on behalf of her Client to support the Business in achieving its strategic Objectives.

Job Duties

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
• Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
• Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer back to in future instances.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

He/she should have the following IT Background:

• Windows Server 2016 and above
• Group Policies & Active Directory
• Network Trouble Shooting
• Hardware Trouble Shooting
• Loading of User Laptops
• Hyper V – Virtual Machines
