IT Support Manager

Sevissmaster is a new company founded out of the need to make services ordering more convenient. It focusses on convenience, standards and rewards. It is seeks to connect users with nearest available service providers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Support Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Providing both hardware, applications and networking support
• Supporting users with office applications, network configuration, website updates and all support relatd tasks
• Producing reports and documenation related to support activities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Degree/HND
• Must have a networking qualification (e.g. CISCO)B.Sc/HND in a logistics, transport related field.

Experience:

• Must have at least 7 years of networking experience with at least the last 2 years in a senior supervisory level role in an IT company
• Must have have indept knowledge of general applications support and troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience of telecom software such as elastix would be a bonus
• Must be able to manage and menthor junior support analysts

Skills:

• Must be able to motivate and supervise efficiently
• Must be able to communicate fluently both orally and written english
• Able to deliver without any excuses
• Must have people management skills
