We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Female Business Development Executive

Job Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in a similar role business development role within the security services industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.

2.) Information Technology (IT) Executive

Job Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Administer and maintain the company's network infrastructure, servers, and computer systems.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of hardware, software, and network components.
  • Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Train employees on best practices for IT security and data protection.
  • Install, update, and manage software applications, ensuring license compliance.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, security, and compliance.
  • Work closely with IT vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the security of the IT infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, including workstations and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on various IT projects.
  • Assist users with software-related issues and collaborate with vendors when necessary.
  • Manage hardware inventory, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Plan and oversee hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and industry-specific regulations.
  • Keep abreast of IT industry trends and recommend updates or improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Emergency Response: Proficiency in responding to security incidents, robberies, and emergencies, including the ability to remain calm and follow established emergency response procedures.
  • Compliance: A commitment to strict compliance with all safety regulations and road rules.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Awareness: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including conducting pre- and post-operational vehicle inspections and promptly reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Communication: Professional, Clear and courteous in interaction with assigned personnel and reporting lines.
  • Documentation: Strong record-keeping skills for completing and maintaining required documentation, including incident reports, and maintenance logs.
  • Route Efficiency: Ability to follow designated routes and schedules efficiently, optimizing time and resources.

Skills:

  • Exceptional Driving Skills: Mastery of advanced driving skills, including defensive driving and maneuvering through traffic
  • Physical Fitness: Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy cash containers and equipment.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to adhere to schedules and pick ups.
  • Navigation Skills: Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and route planning tools for efficient transportation.
  • First Aid and Emergency Response: Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures to provide immediate assistance in case of injuries to team members or others.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in security protocols and route navigation.

3.) Security Trainer

Job Location: Ojodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain teaching resources to ensure the best experience for the Guards.
  • Maintain safe working practices and a safe environment for the Guards.
  • Develop and deliver dynamic learning programs that meet the needs of guarding department and utilize multiple and diverse teaching and learning strategies.
  • Deliver employability training in a group setting that engages the staff through an in-depth differentiated and tailored learning experience.
  • Manage data for guards including initial assessment, enrolment, daily registration of training attendance and ensure all requests & support needs are processed efficiently.
  • Deliver learning programmes flexibly across the loactions.
  • Keep up to date with developments in training methodology and security issues.
  • Plan and deliver functional skills as an embedded part of the training programme.
  • Assess departmental needs and set robust plans and targets to meet their needs.
  • Achieve outcomes for the company that provide a wide range of benefits including jobs, apprenticeships, qualifications and other progression routes.
  • Prepare guards for their subsequent next steps of work.
  • Any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the line manager or organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong work tenure: Minimum of 3 years of security field experience preferably in a security trainer role.
  • Applicable certifications is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of humanitarian security.
  • Demonstrable competence in and enthusiasm for practical training methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills including tolerance and flexibility
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • A sound appreciation of at least some the range of personal and technical issues facing relief workers such as international law, codes and standards, gender and conflict issues.
  • Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines with a minimum of support.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
