1.) Social Media Marketer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Pawnshop by Bluradish is seeking a creative, smart, and driven male graduate to join our team as a Social Media Marketer. 
• This entry-level role is designed for a recent graduate who has completed his NYSC and is eager to build a career in digital marketing. 
• The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about content creation, social media trends, and using digital platforms to connect with audiences and grow brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) in line with the brand’s voice and identity.
• Monitor and report on social media performance using insights and analytics.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with online communities to build brand loyalty.
• Stay up to date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support the Digital Marketing Team in campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their use in brand marketing.
• Creative thinking, strong writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for digital storytelling.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

2.) Client Advisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, articulate, and driven female graduate to join our team as a Client Advisor. 
• This entry-level role is ideal for a fresh graduate who has completed her NYSC and is eager to begin a career in customer engagement and financial services. 
• The ideal candidate is well-presented, speaks fluent Hausa, and is passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and personalized service.
• Understand client needs and guide them through our pawning and loan process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on all client interactions.
• Uphold the company’s image by maintaining a polished appearance and a warm, confident demeanor.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized institution.
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Fluency in Hausa and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer service.
• A presentable, professional appearance suitable for a client-facing role.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

3.) Photographer / Videographer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos,
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer to visually bring our luxury brand to life. This role is responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that captures the elegance, essence, and exclusivity of our products and experiences. 
• You will collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to create compelling visual narratives for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-end photos and videos for product launches, campaigns, social media, events, and brand promotions.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and premium quality.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute shoots aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain and organize media assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Manage studio equipment, lighting, and shoot setups, both in-studio and on location.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with proven experience as a videographer and photographer, ideally in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium, brand-aligned visual content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Attention to detail, storytelling skills, and a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and editing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
