Within a few years, the hospital expanded its scope of practice into a full-fledged private multispecialty hospital. The core vision of the organisation is to provide world-class healthcare services to patients in Nigeria, West Africa, and globally.

With hospitals located in both Abuja and Lagos, our services accommodate over one hundred (100) beds and provide services and facilities such as emergency / trauma center, a helipad, major radiology diagnostic center, a prosthetic manufacturing plant, an oxygen manufacturing plant, modular surgical operating theatres, cardiac catheterization unit and several other facilities that make for a modern multispecialty hospital.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin/Operation Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Admin/Operation Officer will be responsible for general administrative duties, providing administrative assistance, managing communication channels, offering customer service support, and maintaining organization within the office.
• The role requires effective management of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

2.) Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and monitor quality indicators
• Implement and track quality improvement initiatives and projects
• Support accreditation processes (JCI, COHSASA, Safe care).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or allied health field (e.g., BNSC, BPharm, BSc Physiology, Public Health)
• A year relevant experience in a healthcare quality or patient safety role
• Experience with JCI, COHSASA, or Safecare accreditation is an added advantage.

3.) Head of Quality and Patient Safety

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Patient Safety Department
• Drive hospital-wide quality initiatives and risk management strategies
• Oversee compliance with JCI standards and other accreditation bodies
• Develop and implement patient safety policies and improvement programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Clinical Degree (e.g., MBBS, BDS, BNSC, BPharm)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare quality management.
• Membership with the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SOHN)
• Strong experience with JCI, COHSASA, or Safecare accreditation processes.
