1.) Data Entry Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description


  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
  • They will also provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, and assist with customer service needs when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from Store officers into computer files or database systems
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
  • Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
  • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
  • Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data & retreive data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  • Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
  • Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
  • Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or similar field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
  • Inventory/Warehousing training or certification is desirable Strong usage and understanding of Microsoft Excel & CTS Software.

2.) Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Oshodi, Isolo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software or inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices within a warehouse setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

3.) Driver

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most convenient route.
  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations promptly.
  • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
  • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction, as needed.
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
  • Promptly informing the company of any penalty issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.
  • Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SSCE with 3-5 years of experience.
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A clean driving record
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
  • Proximity to Ajah is very important
  • Proven experience as a Driver
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
