We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Social Media Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts.
  • You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
  • You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
  • As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time, and monitor customer reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Requirements and Skills

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant fields with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

2.) ICT Specialist

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are a growing company seeking a diligent IT specialist to take care of all our IT needs. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.
  • To be successful as an IT specialist, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. Top candidates will also have an amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Installing new software and hardware components.
  • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferable.
  • Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
  • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personable, professional demeanor.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.

3.) Accounts / HR Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
  • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
  • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
  • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
  • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
  • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
  • Create daily reports for management and team members.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
