1.) Client Service Executive

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description


  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Executive to join our healthcare team.
  • This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to patients and their families, managing billing processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction and Support:

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
  • Address inquiries regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies.
  • Guide patients through admission, discharge, and other hospital processes.

Billing and Financial Services:

  • Ensure daily sales are reconciled with the EMR for proper accounting system.
  • Account reconciliation on payment received and expenses incurred in the daily running.
  • Ensure regular update of Admission bill and payment settlement before discharge
  • Follow-up with debtor and ensure prompt payment
  • Management of receivables from clients via Cash, Cheque, Direct Payment and Inter-switch.
  • Ensuring all receivables are remitted to the account department.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
  • Update and manage patient data in hospital systems.
  • Support the coordination of appointments, consultations, and other services.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address patient concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification in Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in using hospital management systems, microsoft office packages and billing software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and in a shift-based schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
  • Past experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Proximity to the Yaba location is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.

2.) HMO / Billing Officer

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

  • Our client is looking for a HMO/Billing Officer who will be responsible for managing all activities related to Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), private billing, and corporate account transactions.

Key Responsibilities
HMO & Insurance Management:

  • Register and verify patient HMO eligibility and benefits before service delivery.
  • Liaise with HMO representatives for approvals, service codes, and pre-authorizations.
  • Track, document, and manage all HMO-related treatments, investigations, and referrals.
  • Ensure that all HMO claims are submitted accurately and on time.

Billing Operations:

  • Prepare and issue invoices for HMO, private, and corporate clients.
  • Accurately capture all billable services and consumables used by patients.
  • Monitor and reconcile daily patient bills and revenue against services rendered.
  • Identify and correct billing discrepancies before submission.

Claims Management:

  • Compile, validate, and submit claims to HMOs and corporate clients promptly.
  • Track the status of submitted claims and follow up on pending or rejected ones.
  • Resubmit or rectify rejected claims with supporting documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all claims for audit and review purposes.

Payment Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile payments received with claims submitted to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely posting of payments and resolution of variances.
  • Prepare periodic aging reports and outstanding claims summaries for management.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of patient accounts, invoices, HMO approvals, and payment remittances.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and payment reports.
  • Flag issues of non-payment or delayed remittances to the appropriate authority.
  • Support audits by providing relevant billing documentation and reconciliations.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the point of contact for all HMO-related inquiries and correspondence.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with HMO and corporate account officers.
  • Address complaints or issues from patients and clients related to billing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 - 2 years of minimum experience in HMO/Billing Officer role.
  • Knowledge of HMO operations, health insurance codes, and billing procedures.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and EMR platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.

3.)  Female Registered Nurse

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Description

  • Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in the ICU.
  • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and ensure adherence to medical protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Nursing Supervisor to establish effective systems for delivering patient-centered care with compassion, dignity, and respect, resulting in positive health outcomes
  • Administration of medications to patients according to the Doctor's prescription.
  • Setting of Intramuscular and intravenous infusion (when the need arises).
  • Perform wound care and assist physicians during procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standard of evidence-based nursing care is delivered to all patients and their families.
  • Act in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council Code Standards of Conduct, performance and ethics for nurses.
  • Record patient treatment plan, interventions, outcomes and plan revisions
  • Monitor and document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions promptly and notifying the medical officer of any development swiftly.
  • Ensure proper storage of equipment and devices properly after use
  • Accurate documentation of patient's medical information and vital signs.
  • Monitoring and following-up with the house-keeper ensuring the wardis clean and tidy always.
  • Ability to operate the patient monitor effectively monitoring the following parameters adequately ECG, Body Temperature, Oxygen saturation.
  • Ensure the wards comply with all health and safety requirements.
  • Develop collaborative and cooperative relationships with other healthcare professionals, and participate in professional and managerial meetings, liaising as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Must have a valid practising license.
  • Candidate must reside in Lagos, proximity to Yaba is an advantage.
  • Have a good communciation skill.
  • Experience in the ICU is an advantage.

Salary
N180,000 monthly.
