We began as a community Pharmacy in the year 1997, and through the years we have maintained our standard of being a renowned name in the pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria, however, with respect to our vision consumables, cosmetics, and skin care products, safe water production, grocery essentials, and a variety of baked goods. In addition, our 24-hour availability onsite and online in all our branches has equally ensured our clients can rely on us for immediate service at any hour of the day.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


1.) Customer Support Representative

Job Location: Lekki & Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Alternate Weekends, from 9 am to 9 pm.

Job Summary

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team at our Lekki location.
  • You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to encourage additional purchases by providing information on promotions, discounts, and complementary products.
  • Proactively solicit feedback and reviews from satisfied customers to boost the company's online reputation.
  • Offer personalized product recommendations to online customers based on their preferences and previous purchases.
  • Ensure prompt response to online inquiries and concerns, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  • Contact customers who haven't made a purchase in a while to rekindle their interest and offer special incentives.
  • Provide online customers with efficient and courteous assistance through chat or email.
  • Demonstrate the physical endurance required to stand for extended periods as needed during working hours.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification. (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is an advantage).
  • Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

2.) Floor Supervisor

Job Location: Ikate, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, including previous roles as a floor supervisor and manager.
  • This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must for this position.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the retail floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide daily reports to the Store Manager on sales, inventory, and any notable issues.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, promoting upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports using Excel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Educational qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking two skilled Accountants to join our team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and supporting the financial well-being of our organization.
  • Possession of an ICAN qualification is an additional advantage for this role.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules for review by senior management.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements / Qualifications
