We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Driver
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by Representative
  • Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests.
  • Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
  • Observing the road and traffic laws and regulation
  • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
  • Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty
  • Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
  • Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times
  • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of FSLC certificate with 4 - 6 years of work experience.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N55,000 Monthly.


Job Position: Renewable Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Meeting sales budget and timely execution of all Sales activities.
  • Identify business opportunities for Solar/Renewable Energy products/Projects/Services with focus on EPC projects for solar power solutions
  • Identify and select Products/Technologies/Vendors/Service Providers/Tools to convert opportunities in to revenue streams
  • Preparation of tender documents and quotes.
  • Preparation and submission of RFPs
  • Follow up with clients and prospective customers on the proposals and quotation submissions
  • Help in preparing the business projection and track the business projections with actuals
  • Responsible for Preparation of weekly and monthly reports/dashboards on the progress, tracking, hits and misses, receivable and payments, status of proposals and projects, etc
  • Technical analysis of tender specifications, preparing tender compliances and deviations. Preparing cost sheets and technical schedules for tender.
  • Co-ordination with clients and prospective customers, business meetings, progress tracking, site visits and audits, invoicing and payments
  • Keep the records update and track the receivables and payments meticulously
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs
  • Assist in researching and developing new products and services
  • Co-ordination with engineering team on suppliers' end & proper installation of the equipment as per manufacturers' guidelines
  • Co-ordinate with design and project team and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Visit customers on site in order to develop an understanding of their business requirements and future potential opportunities.
  • Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process
  • Responsible for preparation of business and project presentations, documentation and document management (soft copies and hard copies)
  • Key account co-ordination with customers- act as a single point of contact from concept to service delivery/project completion.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 6 - 10 years of work experience.

Job Position: Trade / Accounts Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the entire procurement process - negotiation and planning
  • Plan and track the shipment of equipment according to customer requirements
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Initiate procurement process - Material Requisition approval
  • Coordinate at each stage with suppliers till the goods are received at warehouse
  • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
  • Complete responsibility of opening of Form M, LC, following with banks on Form M, LC, PAAR, duty payments etc. Submission of Bid requests letters, keep track of allocation details, tracking of open obligations – LC/BC
  • Negotiate with suppliers on prices, lead-time, delivery and other commercials
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications of equipment/materials before procurement
  • Follow-up on purchase orders status; ensure all expected equipment/materials are received in accordance with PO specifications and that all goods are in good condition
  • Coordinate with supplier for imports documentation and timely clearing of sea/air shipments
  • Co-ordinate with clearing agents on clearing of goods and any issue.
  • Manage the accounts of outsourced vendors.
  • Evaluation of vendor performance periodically and inclusion of new vendors to increase competitiveness.
  • Produce reports as requested
  • Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 4 - 7 years of work experience.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N25,000 Monthly.
