We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Distribution Centre Supervisor

Job Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of DC-LOS staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse, LTL, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee receiving and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of shipment dispatch to minimize errors, missort and misrouting.
  • Analyze data and inbound shipments to implement process improvements to optimize workflow.
  • Other duties as operational requirements demand.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc. Degrees in Social Sciences, Logistics Management with 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a logistics hub supervisor
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

2.) Procurement Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Procurement Specialist is to lead strategic supplier management, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective procurement.
  • The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Establish supplier list and common material/service list
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Purchasing the products and services on time for the requesting departments.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc."

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business management or a similar field preferred with at least 3 years of experience.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Supervisory and management experience.

3.) HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Location: Asaba, Delta

Position Summary

  • As the HR Business Partner, you will be a crucial part of our HR team, partnering closely with the business to provide strategic HR solution.
  • You will work collaboratively with management to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals in the logistics sector.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our people-related processes and programs drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute HR plans and programs that enhance organizational capability.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard top logistics talent.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Identify training needs and work with leadership to design and implement training programs.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning.

  • Must be willing to travel within the southern part of Nigeria.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in the logistics or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
