We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Storekeeper

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive and check consignments (imported and local purchases) against delivery note before shelving
• Ensure parts are supplied to workshop and counter customers on time and in full. (OTIF)
• Report shortages and damages immediately to line manager
• Supply both parts and stock requested to the relevant staff with the right documentation
• Ensure parts are checked and signed for
• Check all damaged goods are returned before taking them back to stock
• Ensure parts and store area is kept tidy and safety at all times
• Be the custodian for the keys of the store
• Report weekly on the stock movement, orders, shortages and non-moving stock
• Adhere to internal control procedures and PACI rules are followed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 Monthly.

2.) Service Technician

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Explore various repair techniques and always use the correct tools, equipment and technical documentation where necessary
• Ensure consistent clocking of assigned jobs in INCADEA
• Report all observations outside the job scope to the service Team Leader
• Notify Service Team Leader about complex issues
• Always use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working
• Tools management - weekly tool audit and list out damage tools
• Ensure timely and qualitative resolution of assigned jobs
• Diagnose faults in line with lay down diagnostic procedures/workshop manual
• Provide regular update on repair works to the Service Team Leader
• Respect safety rules at all times when working on vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification
• 2-4 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.

3.) Sales Executive

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Cross River, Enugu, Kano, Kwara, Lagos, Niger & Ondo
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage relationships with existing customers
• Customer survey reporting – weekly & monthly
• Develop relationships with prospective clients and maintain the existing customer base
• Identify and secure business opportunities for the organisation
• Collaborate with the MD to secure, retain and grow accounts (Dealers) through understanding clients' needs
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets through effective competitor research and business environment analysis
• Prepare/submit a weekly report on sales and competition activities
• Organize and execute daily trade visits/calls, route plans
• Make sales presentations and customer analysis reporting
• Ensure proper and up-to-date record-keeping of the customer database
• Generate Proforma Invoices and customer follow-up
• Organize meetings with prospective clients and make product demonstrations
• Adhere strictly to the company's compliance policies and standard business relationship ethics
• Provide strategic support on sales growth-related projects
• Follow-up with online lead generation
• Establish customers' needs and selling allocated products accordingly
• Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Organise and submit route plans weekly and monthly, lead generation
• Weekly dealers' follow-up reports
• Dealer network development – ??Onboarding of new dealers (Quarterly review).

Salary
N120,000 -N150,000 Monthly.
