We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Manager – Business Development & Sales

Job Location: Lagos, (with travel across key cities, Field and Office Based)
Employment Type: Full-time
Travel: 61% - 100% (extensive travel across assigned regions)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Objectives of the Job


  • To drive the growth and market penetration of the Spices category across designated regions in Nigeria by developing strategic business opportunities and achieving monthly sales volume and value targets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth Strategy:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B andHoReCasegments (processors, food manufacturers, restaurant chains, hotel groups, caterers).
  • Build a strong customer pipeline and implement market penetration strategies for spice powders, blends, and customized B2B formats.
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor analysis to shape product-market fit and pricing strategies.

Sales & Customer Management:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive direct sales and B2B account management, including negotiations, onboarding, and after-sales service.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key decision-makers inHoReCaand food processing businesses.
  • Organize product demos, trials, and sampling sessions with chefs, procurement teams, and purchasing heads.

Channel & Distribution Development:

  • Identify and appoint distributors and channel partners in major Nigerian cities.
  • Monitor channel performance and drive primary and secondary sales through partners.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf placement in institutional kitchens and bulk buyers.

Product & Market Intelligence:

  • Gather feedback from customers on product quality, packaging, and needs.
  • Work closely with the product and supply chain team to align offerings with local taste profiles and technical requirements.
  • Track market trends and suggest new product development opportunities.

Commercial & Operational Support:

  • Develop pricing models, quotations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage receivables and collections in line with company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degreein Business, Food Technology, Agri-business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experiencein B2B/FMCG sales, preferably in food ingredients, spices, orHoReCasupply chain.
  • Strong network in Nigeria’s hospitality and food processing industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel across regions and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in launching or scaling new food categories.
  • Passion for food,flavorinnovation, and customer-centric selling.
  • Knowledge of local and imported spice usage in Nigerian culinary practices.

2.) Accountant

Job Location: Oniru VI, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • A reputable real estate company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the business with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Track income and expenses for real estate projects and transactions.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, PAYE, etc.) and compliance with financial policies.
  • Support audits and provide financial insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience (real estate or construction preferred).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • ICAN/ACCA qualification (or in view) is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

3.) Social Media Manager 

Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) to drive audience interaction.
  • Monitor social media trends, track performance analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience with video and content creation
  • Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and stay updated with digital trends.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
