1.) Store Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
• The ideal candidate will provide leadership, ensure smooth store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective team supervision and product promotion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, maintenance, and product displays.
• Develop employee schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Promote products and drive sales to meet business targets.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor store performance and maintain operational standards.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of proven experience in retail or store management.
• Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
• High level of flexibility and customer service orientation.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of digital payment systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
