1.) Accountant

Job Location: Lekki - Orchid Road - Osapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Remuneration
N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

2.) Procurement Officer

Job Location: Lekki - Orchid Road - Osapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement/Purchasing Officer to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business.
  • Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance, and liaising with inventory teams and management.
  • The Procurement/Purchasing Officer will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand.
  • The Procurement officers should be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • Process requisitions and update management on the status of orders.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Assess the quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
  • Preparing plans and sourcing for the purchase of merchandise such as groceries, household, items, cosmetics, beverages, etc.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Social Sciences or a relevant course.
  • 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer, a purchaser, or a buyer.
  • Numeracy and data accuracy
  • Occasional domestic travel.
  • Proficiency in RetailMan, Microsoft Excel, and purchasing software.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Vast knowledge of Lagos manufacturing and supplier vendors
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail.

Remuneration
N960,000 - N1,200,000.00 net Annually.

3.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki - Orchid Road - Osapa, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store & issue stocks
  • Record and track stock levels.
  • Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.
  • Daily report of inventories/stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
  • Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.
  • Monitor distribution of inventories.
  • Oversee the proper arrangement of inventory at different unit.
  • Ensure proper documentation of items received and issued out at intervals.
  • Involve in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
  • Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
  • Maintain good relations with the suppliers.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Remuneration
N90,000 Monthly.
