We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Nollywood Account Administrator

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Update box office numbers and dates on studio portals/ departmental drive
  • Screen titles and guesstimate possible box office numbers with rationale
  • Complete censorship requirements
  • Cross-check performance schedules sent by the exhibitors
  • Proffer possible positioning strategies for the titles to be released/liaising with marketing department
  • Complete confirmation of booking (COB) documents with the cinema
  • Order and ensure that in-cinema materials are delivered and distributed

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree
  • Entry level - Maximum of 3 years of experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite
  • Detail oriented
  • Love for nollywood industry is a plus.

2.) Site Auditor

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Conduct independent verification, audit and reconciliation of Daily Sales, add notes on observed variances in the daily CASH & POS & report to Finance.
  • Reconciliation of all POS merchant copies by bank and report accordingly. Follow up with Support Office (SO) on resolution of charge back with the banks and report eventual settlement.
  • Verify, and document bookings, all forms of rentals/hires and escalate all unethical and fraudulent practices suspected or observed at the Cinema to Internal Audit Department.
  • Confirm the daily stock counts carried out by the Cinema manager and conduct independent weekly stock counts and reconciliations, reporting findings to Retail and Internal Audit.
  • Carry out pre-audit and authorization of all disbursement of funds while matching all invoices and supporting documents for submission to the Finance Department.
  • Verification and documentation of all purchases on account of operation expenses from floats, general provision, stationery, printing expenses, etc.
  • Responsible for validating the cash evacuation process. This includes verification with the BM before the drop off and reconciling the accuracy of the figures.
  • This also includes examining and verifying with the cash book and receipt book and reporting to Finance on banking days, and escalating exceptions to Internal Audit promptly.
  • Collate authorized and verified weekly petty cash expenses from BM, and prepare the Petty Cash Report to be sent to finance for onward posting.

Cinema Operations roles:

  • Drive Revenue & Cost Efficiency; and ensure processes & procedures are followed in the day-to-day operations, escalating all exceptions to Internal Audit appropriately.
  • Ensure the financial information and assets of the company are well protected, preserved with confidentiality and available to the right people in the right format and time.
  • Other Duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting theories, principles, methods, practices, and terminology in a multidisciplinary and multi-functional environment.

3.) Inventory Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Design, implement and monitor the inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
  • Examine stock levels and determine shortages and prevent overstocking.
  • Create monthly consolidated inventory reports for all sites.
  • Conduct periodic training for stock controllers.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely replenishment based on supply levels.
  • Responsible for managing inventory documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Ensure compliance with standard Inventory management practices.
  • Carry out cost examinations and adjustments.
  • Generate Ideas for retail optimization across board.

Qualifications

  • The right candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc / OND / HND from a recognized institution. 
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply(CIPS)
  • Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage.
