Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) FDP / Concept Engineer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing comprehensive Field Development Plans, including resource evaluation, well placement, and production optimization strategies.
• Contribute to the design of development scenarios, evaluating technical and economic feasibility.
• Analyze subsurface data, production forecasts, and reservoir performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with reservoir engineers, geoscientists, and production engineers to integrate multidisciplinary data into development plans.

• Provide technical support during project execution phases, including drilling and completion operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in field development planning, reservoir engineering, or project engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Exposure to upstream oil and gas operations, particularly in the Niger Delta region, is a plus.
• Advanced certifications or training in field development planning, concept engineering, or project management are advantageous.

2.) CMIMS Engineer

Job Location: Lagos / Offshore
Job Type: Contract

Job Description

• Lead User and main focal point for Deep Water SAP PM module users
• Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
• Coordinate with Métier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
• Organize, develop, and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
• Initiate and conduct audits on the use of CMIMS by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation to good practices.

Requirements

• Education: BSc / BEng in Engineering
• Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup.
• Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools
• Good presentation and communication skills (Knowledge of French is recommended).

3.) Assistant Manager, Corporate Strategy & Project

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Analyze business activities, processes and trends and compare analysis against the service standards and best practices.
• Translate results of analysis into insights and recommend clear actions that lead to improved business results.
• Prepare business plans and market analysis for potential investment opportunities.
• Prepare routine reports (financial, quality, project, customer service, operational efficiency, market share, competitor etc.).
• Develop measures of operational and procedural performance and reports including the design, detailing and documenting of process flows

Requirements

• BSc Degree (Minimum #5-8 years experience)
• MBA from a reputable business school.
• Must have acute analytical skills, be a good communicator, and have excellent presentation skills
• Must have good computer skills, time management skills, and organizational skills
• This person must be able to show ability to prioritize tasks to get timely results
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
