We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


1.) Growth Marketing Manager, MVNO

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving execution of our growth marketing strategies for MVNO products and services.
  • He/she will also be responsible for executing growth marketing B2C and B2B initiatives to support the achievement of business performance KPIs for Interswitch’s Telecoms business by building and scaling measurable marketing results through multiple channels, designing, and executing bespoke data-driven, cost-effective innovative ideas to drive growth across the funnel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional team (Product, Business, Sales, and Brand Marketing) to establish growth and brand strategies to support revenue and equity goals.
  • Create, manage, and experiment with acquisition campaigns, retention campaigns and churn management campaigns to drive growth.
  • Identify and target viable market segments with relevant product and services to build and sustain customer base.
  • Responsible for creating, testing, and refining compelling value propositions for customers.
  • Work closely with the product management team to identify market opportunities and make recommendations on how they can be leveraged.
  • Display in-depth understanding of the market, our customers, who are they, how they buy, and their motivations.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of competitors, channels, and routes to market. Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and execution of product launches for the product portfolio.
  • Responsible for developing sound commercial justification paper (motivation documents) with clear objective, key initiatives, return on marketing projection, and budget to support growth marketing measures such as customer acquisition, customer retention, churn management and transaction growth.
  • The incumbent will be required to provide strong support to the MVNO Head of Marketing in driving efficiency and effectiveness of the customer funnel including customer acquisition, retention and loyalty to dive business growth, engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
  • Support the development of content required for campaign deliverables (product videos, social media banners, infographic videos etc.) through internal and/or partner resources.

Educational Qualification(s) and Certification

  • First Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing
  • Experience in Telecoms – B2C & B2B.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in performance marketing and running structured growth experiments.
  • Analytical and metrics driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment.

2.) Head, Business Technology

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting direction and promoting continuous evolution of Operations and Technology Internal Backoffice Applications, including function upgrade, architecture refresh and eco-system integration.
  • He/she will directly oversee the software development team including Software Engineers, QA Engineers and DevOps Engineers while working closely with product leaders and business leaders to define the product and ensure it addresses the needs of the organisation and customers, by providing support to the operations and support leadership.
  • The Head, Business Technology will help deliver purpose-built solutions that must achieve world-class scalability and availability for our customers, while allowing us the flexibility to innovate at top speed.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:

  • Be accountable for aligning the business's strategic vision with its software technology.

Educational Qualification(s) and Certification

  • University Degree in the field of Computer Science or "STEM" major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with 4 years of experience leading multi-discipline technical teams with international reach across multiple service types, ideally in payment and software engineering environments.
  • A minimum of 4 years as a software architect, especially for a large and complex software project.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience delivering data and analytics solutions which address internal/external customer challenges, including architecting as-a-service models.
  • In-depth knowledge of various database technology including relational databases, real-time databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • In-depth knowledge with various coding languages such as C++, Java, .Net, JavaScript, Go and Python.
  • Experience in the development and deployment of modern machine learning, as well as experience driving and executing cloud and digital technology strategies would be an added advantage.
  • Experience building and supporting complex, high-concurrency SaaS products, from the lead developer or architect role.
  • Deep understanding and direct knowledge on software scalability and stability technique for Windows and Linux-based software

3.) Key Accounts Reconciliation Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Key Accounts Reconciliation Officer to join our Finance team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling a pre-defined set of key accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Reconciliation involves identifying and resolving any discrepancies or differences between two or more accounts.

Job Responsibilities
Account Reconciliation:

  • Perform regular reconciliation of assigned key accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, collaborating with internal teams to obtain necessary documentation.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Provide detailed analysis and reports on account reconciliation, highlighting any anomalies or trends that require attention.
  • Generate periodic reconciliation reports for management review and decision-making.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes and outcomes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain records of supporting documentation for audit purposes.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal departments, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Operations, and the Business teams, to obtain necessary information for reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding reconciliation status, issues, and resolutions.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the reconciliation workflow and contribute to the implementation of enhanced procedures.
  • Recommend system or process enhancements to streamline reconciliation activities.

Educational Qualification(s)

  • A First Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Finance-related fields

Professional Certification
Evidence of strong industry/sector participation and relevant professional certifications such as:

  • Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
  • Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA)

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in account reconciliation, preferably in a key accounts-focused role.
