We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Audit Manager

Job Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • You will be responsible for overseeing the entire audit process, managing audit teams, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing valuable insights to improve organizational processes and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of audit procedures to ensure they are conducted in accordance with established standards and policies.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to schedule and plan audit engagements
  • Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and other relevant documentation
  • Supervise and lead audit teams, providing guidance and support
  • Make recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with audit engagements
  • Manage audit budgets and allocate resources efficiently

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Professional accounting qualification ICAN/ACCA

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience as an Auditor.

2.) Audit Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing various aspects of the company's financial and operational processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Checking of waybill and invoices
  • Checking and signing of daily stock cards
  • Checking and signing of invoices
  • Maintain comprehensive audit documentation, including work papers, findings, and recommendations
  • Preparing reports on:
  • Sales report
  • Stock report
  • Customers return
  • General report

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Meticulous attention to detail to identify and rectify discrepancies accurately
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential client employees
  • Must have adequate Knowledge and be able to communicate features and benefits of our products and services
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

3.) Finished Goods Store Officer

Job Location: Ogun

Job Description

  • The role of the Finished Goods Store Officer is to assistthe Supervisor in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities when receiving and storing finished products from the Production unit.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the release of products from the store to the loading bay.
  • Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Check inventory records for accuracy.
  • Receives finished goods product from the production department after filling through the internal delivery and posting it into the system.
  • Posting of internal delivery and daily outgoing product information detail into the system.
  • Oversee the physical movement of goods from the production floor to the store.
  • Maintain the minimum and maximum stock level of some products based on the company’s policy.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSC in Accounting or Commercial Courses
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in Spreadsheet and Word Processing software

  • Ability to multi-task
