By virtue of the qualification of its Principal Partner, who is a corporate fellow of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, is recognized to practice the profession by the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (established by decree No. 24 of 1975)

The Managing Partner as the Chief Executive and operating officer of the firm is supported by seasoned and qualified Estate Surveyors and Valuers at partnership and management level as well as necessary support from auxiliary middle level manpower.  In addition, the material resources back –up is quite adequate to enable quick delivery of our professional services to every nook and cranny of the country.
