Junior Accountant Job at a reputable group of Companies

A reputable Group of Companies with diversified interest in Banking, Real Estate and Telecommunications, due to expansion needs, is seeking to recruit young, highly competent, talented and self-motivated individuals to fill the position below:

Job Position: Junior Accountant
Job Location: Any City, Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Prepares Financial Statement for Management decision.
• Day to day management of the Financial and Management Accounting processes
• Implements approved accounting processes, systems and controls for products and services
• Ensures all creditors balances are diligently and completely recorded and accounted for on a daily basis
• Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable details and control
• Raises payment vouchers, writing of cheques, sending of payment vouchers/transfer vouchers for the signatures of the bank signatories.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of a 2.1 Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
• Banking experience will be added advantage
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality and ability to learn.
