Job Position: Junior Architect
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for a Junior Architect with strong administrative skills to join our small team located in Oniru, Lekki.
• Taking comprehensive measurements of spaces
• Supervision of renovation and interior design projects
• Drawing up floor plans
• Creating and sending reports.
• Making use of architectural softwares such as AUTOcad, 3D MAX, Revit, Sketch up, V ray and other 3D renders in SPD.
• Organise telesales for the different services provided in MINA A
• Creating database
• Manage social media sites and online shop
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, quotes and contracts

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• Must have good telephone manner and communication skills
• Must be smart and creative with the ability to work efficiently and accomplish task effortlessly
• Must be proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
• Must have excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency in 3D rendering softwares such as AUTOcad, revit, 3D max, Vray, sketch up.
• A keen eye for details and excellent problem solving skills.
• Must live on the island
