We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Junior Audit Officer

Job Location: Ketu, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Verify loading against dispatch notes, invoices, and waybills to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures during dispatch.
• Work with auditors to ensure correct documentation and reconciliation of goods.
• Maintain loading records for audit purposes and generate daily reports.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport, and audit teams to improve dispatch accuracy.
• Inspect vehicle condition and ensure goods are securely loaded to prevent damage.
• Document all variances or discrepancies in the loading process.
• Enforce safety and security measures in the loading zone.
• Supervise and coordinate all loading operations at the dispatch point.
• Train and manage loaders to ensure efficient and compliant loading practices.

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 – 1 years in logistics, warehousing, or audit-related roles.
• Strong attention to detailKnowledge of inventory and loading procedures
• Familiarity with audit/compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
