Bayline is a firm of Legal Practitioners involved in general legal practice, with a particular bias towards Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual property,  Insolvency, Wills and Probate  and Civil Litigation with corporate offices in prime commercial district of Ikoyi, Lagos and Abuja (the Federal Capital Territory).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Lawyer

Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

• A B.Sc in Law
• 7-10 years post call experience
• Knowledge of company secretarial services, company law, contracts drafting and review
• ICSAN certified, good use of Microsoft suite
• Preferably female.
