Job Summary

• We're searching for an experienced and creative Learning and Development Executive who specialize in selling training, facilitating and coordinating training for our existing and potential clients

Responsibilities

• Must have the capacity to facilitate trainings and content development
• Manage operational delivery of all scheduled and unscheduled training courses
• Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and draw up client contracts
• Carry out training sales forecasts and analysis
• Moderate and facilitate meetings, conferences, or workshops every year
• Develop the Training business sales and marketing strategy
• Develop training and sell to both current and prospective clients
• Sound understanding of the training standards and procedures.
• Plan, organize, and implement logistical support for all certification and non-certification training courses
• Address inquiries and requests concerning training products and services.
• Manage and report on profitability for each training course

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in education/corporate learning roles and organizational development, as well as experience with implementing big programs targeting global audiences.
• Understanding of technical and soft skills instructional strategies, as well as classroom, social, MOOCs, micro-learning and virtual learning strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and ever-evolving start-up environment
• A certification in facilitation, coaching, or a leadership program is considered an advantage.
• A creative and innovative team player with a growth mindset along with analytical problem-solving, presentation project and program management skills
• Familiarity with rapid development process techniques like Apple
