Job Position: Legal Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Carry out due diligence.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out company secretarial duties.
• Participate in internal and disciplinary procedures.
• Advising the Board and Management on business/corporate matters
• Drafting, reviewing and updating the Company's agreements and legal correspondences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.L / LL.B / JD Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
