Job Description

• Are you enthusiastic about selling life insurance products or experienced in selling life products? Our client in the insurance sector is in need of a life insurance manager.
• As an Insurance Life Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success. You will lead a team of insurance advisors, drive sales of life

Job Objectives

• Insurance products, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

Principal Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive the division's success.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Analyze team performance and market insights through regular reporting.
• Monitor and support sales performance to ensure goals are met.
• Stay informed about life insurance products and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their insurance needs.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of successful sales and leadership.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with industry Regulations.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
• HMO, incentives, statutory benefits in addition to total remuneration (any other benefits would be discussed Benefits: and agreed upon)
