Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Manager at Enterprise Life Nigeria, located in Lekki.
• The Life Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing insurance policies, assessing customer needs, processing claims, and providing excellent customer service.
• The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in insurance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
