Job Position: Litigation and Commercial Lawyer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an individual with vast knowledge of litigation, corporate and commercial law to join us as an Associate.
• You will primarily be responsible for handling civil cases and reviewing and drafting contracts.  
• As a Commercial Lawyer, you should be able to offer clients with sound advice on business-related matters.

Basic  Responsibilities

• Representing clients in courts and during legal proceedings
• Negotiating contract terms and license agreements on behalf of clients
• Examining and advising on business transactions
• Advising clients on legal consequences and litigation process
• Drafting and reviewing agreements
• Offering help and legal support to clients when dealing with business transactions.
