Job Position: Loan Collection Officer

Job Location: Agidingbi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive Loan Collection Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, reaching out to customers, and ensuring timely repayments while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Duties

• Monitor and manage the company’s outstanding loans.
• Reach out to clients regarding late payments and provide guidance on repayment options.
• Recommend suitable payment arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
• Work independently to achieve collection targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of a First School Leaving Certificate with relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of numbers and computer operations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervision.

Salary
N90,000 - N130,000 / month.
