Tenportion Limited - Our client, a Fintech company that provides quick loan services via an online app is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Recovery Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manages recovery of overdue loan.
• Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue loans.
• Thoroughly understands assigned portfolio and product.
• Responding to customer queries and escalating accordingly.
• Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
• Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer account information.
• Reporting accurate customers feedback daily/weekly.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND or BSc in relevant fields.

Salary

• N50,000 - N75,000 Month

Other Benefits:

• N15,000 - N17,000 weekly performance bonus

• Opportunity to work from home after 2 weeks in the office of good performance
