Job Position: Logistics Analyst

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the recovery of IT equipment from current and former employees, managing asset tracking, and providing accurate reporting and analysis.
• This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, including proficiency in English and Math.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a logistics analyst in the IT industry or related fields.
• C2-level English speaker with strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with U.K. residents and other English-speaking audiences.
• Ability to communicate persuasively and handle differing viewpoints effectively.
• Proven teamwork experience and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills (preferred).
• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Excellent comprehension and adherence to instructions.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
