We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Officer 

Job Locations: Ikeja - Lagos and Sango - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics activities at the Ikeja hub, ensuring smooth delivery operations.
• Plan and allocate trucks for client loading schedules in Lagos and South-West routes.
• Supervise delivery officers and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Monitor drivers’ performance, trip reports, and vehicle utilization.
• Ensure all logistics activities are aligned with safety and compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Act as the liaison between clients, drivers, and Ecologique’s operations management.
• Handle logistics-related incidents, reporting promptly to Operations Lead.
• Support strategic planning to optimize fleet productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics operations.
• Experience in managing drivers and coordinating fleet operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and logistics challenges.
