Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a manufacturer of plastics, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging)
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
• Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
• Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
• Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
• Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
• Implementation of territory growth strategies.
• Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
• Managing entire sales process - targeting to top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in sales on the same or related industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Experience setting sales goals
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
