We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Male Administrator / Recovery Officer

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• General administrative duties
• Keep track of outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover owed money
• Handle customers' questions or complaints
• Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
• Build trust with debtors
• Locate and contact debtors
• Update account status and database regularly
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree holders only
• At least one year and above experience as admin or recovery officer
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements(optional)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Great team player and proactive.

Salary
