Job Position: Marketer

Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.
• Must be able to present purchase offer to sellers for considerations.
• Coordinate appointment to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Answer client questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs and appraisals.
• Inspect condition of premises and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs
• Accompany buyers during visits to an inspection of properties, advicing them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Advice sellers on howto make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions needs to be negotiated.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 - 6 years work experience.
