We are in our scale-up stage and looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Development & Operations Manager. This role is key in building a strong business structure while driving growth through new clients, contracts, and partnerships.

Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them to paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns both online and offline to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
• Prepare reports and feedback to management on marketing activities and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Attractive salary range: N70,000 – N150,000 monthly (based on experience & performance).
