Kwivar Finance Limited is registered company situated in Nigeria with various innovative products such as Nextpayday loans, Kwivar, Rentpady and Wisetrader. Nextpayday provides Nigerians with a non-speculative, hassle-free, transparent, and secured opportunity to grow passive income by funding loan requests from validly employed Nigerians in little bits. Nextpayday is a platform that enables validly employed Nigerians access salary advances without hassles and repay in 3-12 months equal monthly installments directly from their employers' payroll or their salary accounts held with Nigerian banks.

Our operations are regulated under the money lenders act and Nextpayday owns lending licenses in Rivers, Cross Rivers, Akwa Ibom states, and the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. We also have the approval of Rivers, Cross Rivers, and Federal Government [IPPIS] which gives us access to direct deductions from workers' payroll.

Job Description

• As a Rentpady Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and driving awareness for our rent subsidy and GoFlexy product, ensuring that it reaches the target audience effectively.
• This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize the impact of the rent subsidy offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, understand competitor offerings, and assess market trends in the Fintech space.
• Establish brand stalls and stands in market places creating awareness
• Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing to reach the target audience.
• Identify and coordinate participation in relevant events, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase program visibility.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Rentpady/Go-flexy product, encompassing online and offline channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive sign-ups for the product.
• Work closely with the sales team, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
• Develop compelling and informative content for various channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and promotional materials.
• Develop strategies to engage with current and potential customers, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree / OND / HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Fintech is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with market research techniques.

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
