Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a marketing and sales executive in a technology and training company who has a passion for sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience, communicate effectively, think outside the box, and be able to identify and pursue new opportunities to help us meet and exceed our business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies, objectives and plans.
• Develop strategies and metrics to maintain strong customer relationships, satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify new prospects and business opportunities through phone calls, networking, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
• Track sales data and prepare accurate sales performance reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, design team and digital marketing, to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Visit potential sites to secure new projects and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Maintaining client relations and answering clients about product specifications and uses.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of working experience
• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
