Job Position: Marketing Executive
Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our real estate company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential buyers and target markets.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our real estate properties.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential buyers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the timely completion of all necessary documentation and paperwork.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience preferably within the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, property types, and sales marketing processes.
