Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Contract

Overview of the Role


  • The Marketing Manager at KOYO will be responsible for driving the company’s marketing and sales strategy, ensuring strong customer acquisition and brand visibility.
  • This role requires a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution.
  • The manager will oversee a team of 5 Sales Executives, set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure excellent customer engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage and lead the sales team (5 Sales Executives).
  • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee campaigns across digital platforms and offline activations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years’ proven experience in marketing/sales management (preferably in tech, healthcare, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital marketing tools.
  • Innovative, proactive, and target-driven.
