Job Position: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive information to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Develop product marketing strategies, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
• Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate the company in the market.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
