SHALOM Microfinance Bank, established in 2016, is an indigenous financial institution set up to provide financial services to Individuals, Entrepreneurs, and Businesses in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) category. We have a team of seasoned professionals with 10-15 years of experience in Banking, Strategy, Customer Experience, and Risk Management relevant to our Business environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Sourcing of customers to access the bank's products and services
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifying target markets and sales tactics to close sales swiftly
• Booking of loans and ensuring repayment

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Marketer in a Microfinance/Financial Institution
• Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis
• The candidate's proximity to Lekki and environ is a preferred option.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
