Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and ambitious fresh graduate with a strong social media presence or influencer experience to join our marketing team.
• The Marketing Officer will support campaigns, create engaging content, and help grow the company’s brand online.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media:

• Create engaging posts, videos, reels, and stories for social media platforms.
• Use personal or professional social media influence to promote the company’s products/services.
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to engage the audience.

Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and events).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.

Audience Engagement:

• Respond to comments, messages, and feedback to foster community engagement.
• Act as a brand ambassador online and offline.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare simple reports and insights for the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong personal social media presence or experience as an influencer.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media tools and content creation (photo/video editing).
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Key Competencies:

• Social media savvy with knowledge of current trends.
• Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
• Strong personal brand or following is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
