Medical Doctors and Marketing Officer needed at Mediplan Healthcare Limited

Mediplan Healthcare Limited - We are an investment company currently with five companies in our portfolio with a valuation in excess of $20 Million. We are currently working with partners to raise our first private equity fund in excess of $100 Million. We have several more funds expected to follow and we hereby wish to invite applications from suitably qualified persons for full time employment in the following position and location:

Position: Medical Doctors

Qualification: MBBS, MBA

Job Schedule :

•  Prompt submission of monthly capitation
•  Appropriate adjudication, negotiation of claims
•  Timely treatment of pre-authorization requests and codes
•  Sufficient and effective deployment of monitoring/quality assurance tools
•  Effective provider visitation and proper reporting of visits and Quality Assurance tools utilized in weekly report.
•  Effective use of computer to analyze report and submit reports.
•  HMO working experience will be an added advantage

Position: Marketing Officer

Qualification:  HND, B.Sc. (any discipline), possession of MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

Job Schedule :

• Effective and productive marketing of company products
• Ability to retain and win new clients
• Effective use of computer to analyze report and submit reports.

Personal Characteristics/Skills desired for position

- Strong knowledge of the HMO industry
- Able to keep and interpret company policy
- Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn new systems/programs quickly!
- Strong analytical, investigative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work sometimes long hours during the busy periods
- Ability to prioritize, handle pressure & responsibility, and work within deadlines strongly emphasized
-Able to write and submit report as at when due
