Prime Services FZE is a professional hiring agency for leading operators in fabrication, ship repair, marine services and logistics. We now seek to engage suitably qualified and experienced professionals for immediate employment in the position below:

Job Position: On-Shore Base Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Prime Responsibilities

• Marketing inspection services, making proposals and tendering for new inspection business, within agreed levels outlined in the management system
• Management of relationships with clients to the benefit of the Company
• Liaising with client and company personnel to ensure work is carried out according to an agreed schedule and within the terms of the contract
• Maintenane of inspection capability and resources in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards and procedures
• Co-ordination and execution of activities in accordance with approved procedures for the base and site operations ensuring that the quality system is adhered to on a day to day basis
• Providing competent staff for inspection activities and ensuring that technical staff are supervised, as necessary, by staff familiar with the quality system and procedures
• Ensuring the availability of technical resources to support inspection
• Providing support to other bases/locations with personnel and/ or equipment where required
• Accountable for the financial performance of the base and control to ensure it meets sales, budget and profitability targets
• Ensuring compliance with all Company site health, safety and environmental regulations
• To timely identify and report any non-conformance in the quality system and execution of corrective and preventative action.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistic or Business related field. Master qualification, Professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 7 - 10 years or more experience in logistics.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ substantial commercial and logistics experience in management position within oil/gas industries.
