Job Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Job Location: Akoka / Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business.
  • You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
  • Maintain quality control for all food served.
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Job Position: Sous Chef

Job Location: Akoka / Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef to come up with new dishes which appeal to the customers whenever required.
  • Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen.
  • Cook high-quality dishes that follow up the established menu of Soul Food Restaurant.
  • Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours.
  • Submit cost proposals for menu items.
  • Create and test new menus.
  • Ensure that all food preparation follows regulatory guidelines.
  • Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish.
  • Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.
  • Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications.
  • A minimum of 8 years work experience.

Job Position: Store / Inventory Officer

Job Location: Akoka, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, re-packing, portioning, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom
  • Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Skills to operate common office equipment
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25kg, and occasionally up to 50kg.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
