Job Title:  Online Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Defining, optimizing, implementing and managing use of all acquisition channels
•  Budget responsibility for all acquisition campaigns
•  Recruitment and management of affiliates and agents
•  Conversion rates optimization, minimizing CPA
•  Reporting on affiliate and agent performance
•  Reporting, monitoring and analysis of all campaigns (including daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management)

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years directly relevant experience
• Experience with CPC, CPM and Performance payment models
• Must have direct relevant experience in successfully and profitably driving online traffic and ideally have a keen interest in football and gaming.
